What equipment do I need?

Our two daily programs require a minimal set of equipment or a full gym of equipment. 

We also have a bodyweight (no equipment) program, a dumbbell program, or a sandbag program.

Our minimal equipment program requires the following:

  • One form of load (dumbbells, barbell and plates, kettlebells, sandbags)
  • Pull-up bar
  • Jump rope
  • 10-30 lb Medicine ball
  • Plyo box, cooler, bench - Anything sturdy to jump on 20 - 24" tall
  • Optional - Resistance bands
  • Broomstick or PVC Pipe

Our full gym of equipment requires:

  • All the minimal equipment
  • All the forms of load
  • Squat rack
  • Exercise bike (various brands will work) and/or
  • Rower and/or
  • Ski Erg
